    I really like this quote from Dr. Lewis about establishing new routines: To also know you can have anything you want to eat in just five bites and feel so in control is so incredible. Read the book every day and focus on your day one day at a time. Drink lots of [decaf tea] and water and keep reminding yourself that you are creating a new pattern for nighttime. Your old habits are still around like they are for many people with food but when we face them head on, especially the evenings, we know we have to create a new path and do something differently. Our five bites of food are precious and our tastebuds will become alive again.
