<p>1. I really want you to try an avoid smoothies.  Think of the pure weight of them.  Sure, they contain a lot of it is water, but a HUGE amount of carbon is dissolved in all of that liquid.  Please do not drink your carbon (calories)&#8211;except black caffeine.</p>
