<p>Down to 176 today. that&#8217;s 12 lbs in 12 days, not bad! I expected less so it&#8217;s nice to drop a little more than usual. It would have taken me months (6-12 weeks) to get here again with a more 1-2 lbs/week conservative strategy. Looking forward to dropping out of the 170s again, Maybe by the end of week!</p>

<p>No orthostatic hypotension thus far. I would attribute this to really staying on top of my hydration, no more than 3 cups of water per hour. Definitely having a little less than that. <p>Doing really well still and staying hydrated. Yesterday I went to a trampoline park and jumped for an hour and a half, no energy issues at all. Talked with Dr. Lewis yesterday on the chat. Some takeaways from what I can remember:</p>

<p>Thanks all, weighed in at 182 today, 6 lbs down in 4-5 days, not bad! I walk about 13 miles a day for my job 5 days a week and didn&#8217;t have any energy difficulties even on my first 3 days back dieting. Usually those first 3 days are the hardest in terms of hunger and energy weirdness as the body is figuring out how to switch over. Focusing on the process and on other things entirely is where I&#8217;m trying to keep my head at. Will check in for second meal later.</p>
