After a severe respiratory infection in my early thirties, I developed a chronic condition. I&#8217;ve been on asthma meds 2x/day for 30+ years, but am now using an inhaler only 1x/day and am less symptomatic.</p>

My trainer would have me eating six times per day, which would surely cause me to gain six pounds per week. Hunger diminishes when we eat &#8220;small,&#8221; as we do when 5-biting.
