Flying out to Italy today & I stepped on the scale & was 172 booooo I had hoped id be at 165 when I left but nope!

I had a few check out days & I think just plain fatigue & I checked out so that’s +6 boooo

Scale went up today :( ate very salty 5 bite meals but they were in the 5 bite zone so hoping it is the salt cuz it geeked me out a bit, will be extra strict today on my 5 bite meals & continue until the scale goes back down ill share weight later probabaly only if I lose weight from 166 happy 5 bite trails!
