Hmmm well if you lost 2 lbs a week that is a conservative weigh loss number for 5 bites that would be 2×20 = 40lbs!

why i said this is because i have had a few 10-15 lb weight “loss” weeks & i thought id be having a 10lb weight loss week but when i didnt i had a 6 lb loss this past week i realized my bites were still too big that I could have even eaten less.
