<p>I am 28 days post-op from my surgery and have decided to lose 10 pounds.  However, I will do this gradually&#8230;5pds and then the last 5 pds.  This will put me at 160.</p>
<p>I plan on losing in this way due to my surgery.  After losing the first 5 I will measure myself to ensure that the fat grafting does not reabsorb. <p>Dr Lewis, I had my surgery on july 2nd..the results are awesome.  I weighted in at 176 on friday and this is due to the swelling and the fluids that was used.  My Dr told me that I will be losing even more as the swelling goes down&#8230;a total of about 5 pds was lipoed.</p>
<p>I will definitely keep you up to date.</p>

Actually I found it much easier than the first time.  I guess its because I know what to expect etc.</p>

Dr Lewis I now weigh 170 pds after losing 30/35 pounds.  I am now maintaining but I find that after eating regularly&#8230;no snacking, no junk etc&#8230;just lunch and dinner(they are not large meals) protein and salad&#8230;.that I would gain a pound or 2.  I would then have to go back on the diet to get rid of those pounds.</p>

Basically I have not used the snickers for my meals.  I only use it to know the correct bite size.  I normally have a problem with gas and so before I would eat every 4 hours to combat this.  I cannot do so now due to the diet and so I drink tea when needs be.</p>

Yes I eat at set times&#8230;.however this is a problem I have had for a long time.  If I skep meals or don&#8217;t eat at regular intervals I have gas pains to the point where it really hurts.  I have been fortunate so far in that I drink tea at regular intervals, thus I have something hot in my stomach.</p>
