<p>I stepped on the scale this morning at 130 lbs! So I&#8217;m officially down 10lbs!!!</p>
<p>Today was another successful day. I had 5 (or 6? I forgot) bites of this delicious burger for lunch. It felt pretty calorie-dense though so for dinner I had 4 bites of an apple. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you! Yes definitely keeping the bites normal size. I find what&#8217;s working for me is setting aside 5 &#8220;bite&#8221; sizes of food and then eating each one really slowly.</p>
<p>Today was another perfect day. Excited to step on the scale again and see where my weight is at tomorrow.</p>
