GOOD NEWS!! My tired-ness is over (yesterday was awesome) and my hungerstat is re-set to just 2 snicker bars a day. All I’ve been having are cups of tea (celestial seasonings), black coffee for the times when cravings come (or if it’s not

..and that’s why today I went to Walmart and bought a few bags of the 2.07oz snicker bars. I’m going to follow this diet to a ‘T’, and drink only black coffee or hot tea (with Splenda) until I reach my goal weight. I want to lose this weight and be done with it so I can then maintain– but first I have to lose it.
