Did not stick to the bars, and had a few glasses of wine over the weekend.  My cycle showed up on Friday night &#8211; I get one every 2-3 months.  Gotta love perimenopause &amp; bad decisions. That’s what has got me here, so I am making a choice to change that moving forward.</p>
