<p>Yesterday I let my foot off the accelerator a little. I ate an extra 5 bites after dinner, after a day of doctor/pharmacy visits for my son’s pneumonia and lung infection. Plus 2 glasses of wine. So total bites yesterday came to 15. Back on track today though!</p>

My sons diagnosis is pneumonia with a lung infection, and it was exasperated by the heat and swimming activity yesterday. Thankful he is on a healing path now.</p>

<p>Unfortunately, it wasn’t a perfect day yesterday, but it was pretty darn close! My 5 bites were tofu hot dogs for lunch, and spaghetti for dinner. Every time I had the urge to eat, I used my meditation app on my phone.</p>
<p>I definitely have some sort of food addiction or binge eating disorder. Staying on bars is the best thing for me right now, despite feeling like a drug junkie in withdrawal.</p>
