<p>What I do to get a gallon a day in is plan a liter between each meal:</p>
<p>1 Liter -When Waking Up First thing<br />
1 Liter &#8211; Before Breakfast (On five bite there is no breakfast, but sitting for tea or coffee at a particular time makes it feel more like &#8220;breakfast&#8221;)<br />
