We need to do this for US not for anyone else otherwise we will fail. Sure I want others to notice how skinny I am and how good I look but ultimately it’s for me and me alone.</p>

If the scale shows no loss or a gain I feel like just giving up. I think the best thing for me is only weigh when I know I’ve had a perfect day before.</p>

Today will be even better. I KNOW beyond doubt this DOES work. I just need to stick it out until the end.</p>

I&#8217;ve read so many posts about the success of some people doing this but I have also read many posts about people &#8220;trying again&#8221; and never reaching their goal.
