If I have a craving I force my self to wait until meal time then eat just that for my 5 bites, like 5 bites of ice cream, or brownie, or a hot dog, etc. Snacking, in my opinion, may be the reason we are all overweight!! Good luck.

Congratulations! I got my dtr to do this with me. We are starting our 4th week. I’m hungry all the time. So is she. We are really doing the diet just the way Dr. orered but haven’t lost my appetite. I only have 40 pounds in all to loose, so I’m going to hang in there. Any tips?
