<p>I&#8217;ve gone over and over the math on the numbers on this since I&#8217;m no where near the 10-15 pound per week mark and I&#8217;m following this to a T.  I was becoming very discouraged until I sat down and did the math myself.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m disappointed at where the numbers on the scale are.  I&#8217;ve not faultered at all and I&#8217;m still at 2.5 pounds lost in 1 1/2 weeks.  I bought the granola bars to replace the snicker bars, as I tried the snicker bar and it made me sick to my stomach. I&#8217;m just not used to eating that stuff.</p>

When I do eat, I&#8217;m eating healthy and the fats that I&#8217;m taking in are healthy fats: hummus, olive oil, avocado, etc.  Two times this week my five bites were from a crossant and twice from sushi.  I did have my cycle this week, so maybe that has something to do with it.
