I&#8217;ve seen this idea stated by Dr. Lewis. I don&#8217;t doubt it, but I was curious if he could point to specific evidence of it? Or is it based on experience/observation?</p>
<p>At least within the short-term, there&#8217;s evidence that losing weight temporarily increases hunger and drive to eat. </p>
