<p>The last 3 days have been incredibly easy even though I had work off. I was concerned about having to deal with unscheduled time, being at home where the food is. You&#8217;re right, everyone is a little different and need different rules at different times to keep themselves on track. I keep finding that when I start to get on track I&#8217;m inclined to find more ways in addition to what I&#8217;m already doing in order to make the momentum unstoppable.</p>
