<p>Today is a new day, and it will be perfect.  I did not wake up hungry like yesterday, so I think that is a good sign.  I want to be at 153 by Thanksgiving if possible. <p>Today I woke up so hungry though, and light headed!   :S<br />
I ate my 5BD snickers lunch around 10am. Need to get through this day with only one more snickers.  I can do this!!!</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes! They are! Excited to tackle today after yesterday&#8217;s chat session. Dr Lewis had great advice about the 4th&#8230;it would be a funny story,  to sit around eating a snickers bar while everyone is eating bbq this-and-that.</p>
<p>And maybe the best birthday present I could give myself this week (Thursday) is a day not centered around food. <p>I think this is what I love about the 5BD plan.  Results of good choices are visible immediately, so it encourages you to keep going.</p>
