Good to know this is still here, I did the best on this program with the encouragement and feedback from this community, so not weighting around anymore.</p>
<p>I have gained back most of my initial weight loss but it did take awhile. I am hoping to do it again.</p>

<p>This is a great topic. Deciding on what five bites to eat other than the snickers bar wasn&#8217;t easy.<br />
This is my first full week on the diet and I found that protein helps the hunger quite a bit.<br />
My midday bites were sliced Chicken and cheese, made into bite size portions.<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I started the diet 5 weeks ago and have had a hard time. Even though a couple of times I got past the 3 days, I slipped off the diet constantly.</p>
<p>Finally last week I started all over again and have been able to keep it up. I&#8217;m so glad I was stubborn enough to keep trying.</p>
