I gained 4 ish pounds. It’s really hard to find ways to cope emotionally without food when I’m so used to using food to cope. It’s hard to keep focused on being skinny. I did get some more advice on the amount I’m eating and I realized my bites are not small enough. So I will try again this week with smaller bites.
